The Coral is proud to announce the first Radisson Hotel in Ceará will be located at The Coral resort in Guajirú. Known as the Radisson Hotel Flecheiras, the hotel will have 144 units and completion is expected in 2024.
The construction of the Radisson Flecheiras, a five-star hotel that will be located in Trairi, will require R$ 120 million in investment. The figure will be paid by the Dutch group BRIC, owner of the hotel complex The Coral Beach Resort. The expectation is that the enterprise will be inaugurated in 2024.
Located on Praia do Guajirú, in Trairi, the five-star hotel Radisson Flecheiras arrives in Ceará with a premium structure of 144 suites, all with international standards of accommodation and services. The development is part of The Coral, one of the largest multi-property and hotel complexes in the Northeast, which also includes 700 residential lots and a leisure space called Ocean Lounge Beach Club. The hotel is scheduled to launch in 2024.
