The construction of the Radisson Flecheiras, a five-star hotel that will be located in Trairi, will require R$ 120 million in investment. The figure will be paid by the Dutch group BRIC, owner of the hotel complex The Coral Beach Resort. The expectation is that the enterprise will be inaugurated in 2024.

In total, there will be 285 direct jobs, 80 indirect and others created with the construction of the hotel. “At the moment, we are focused on delivering our project with the high level of excellence and quality already known for projects managed by Atlantica Hotels,” said Thiago Parente, Executive Director of BRIC in Brazil.

The executive states that the complex will be well requested by international visitors. In this sense, the new visa policy and the projection of Fortaleza Airport may favor the attractiveness for The Coral. “The European market is one of the main emitters of foreign tourists to Ceará, the hub comes to add even more,” he said.

Thiago also explains that there are other projects in view around The Coral. “We cannot anticipate, but it will again be focused on luxury,” he said.
