A company specialising in assessing and identifying market niches with significant growth potential and investing directly before selling the units, arrived in Brazil in 2008 and today offers one of the best real estate investments on one of the most beautiful beaches in Northeast Brazil.

BRIC Group with international development, created in 1996 and established in the Netherlands, has 12 offices in 6 countries: Spain, Hungary, United Arab Emirates, China, United States and Brazil. Here, since 2008, the company has owned and developed The Coral beach resort, an award-winning resort recognised internationally for its impressive location, facilities, architecture and design.

BRIC specialises in assessing and identifying market niches with significant growth potential and investing directly before selling the units. At The Coral, the process is through multi-properties. The great advantage of investing in this system is that, unlike the timeshare principle, whoever acquires a fraction of the resort will have a public title deed, that is, acquire a property for life, which may be sold or passed on to the heirs.

The Coral is located on Flecheiras beach on the coast in Ceará and about 12km north of the capital Fortaleza. Construction is still underway, but the resort welcomes tourists to the villas and apartments completed on site and offers the personalised services of the Ocean lounge Beach Club, already in operation. The Coral Private Residences, the resort’s multi-property format, offers dream vacation homes for families across Brazil.

The resort, a project estimated at U$150 million, focuses on wellness and contact with nature. It provides international hotel services and has a discerning clientele, who already know the destination thanks to the best winds in the world for the practice of kite surfing and its paradisiacal landscapes.

Between this year and 2022, the construction of a new club is planned, to serve the entire complex even more efficiently, the hotel under the Radisson brand, a water sports club on the lake, beach tennis courts and the delivery of more houses and lofts.
