The Coral continues to take shape as a premium beach resort on the Ceará coastline. Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, the resort made significant progress during 2020 and has started 2021 with further developments. In this blog post, we bring you up-to-date with the latest at The Coral.
Latest construction progress
As the following update list show, building work has continued apace at The Coral. Recent highlights include:
Loft Apartments – the first phase in Quadra 38 has been delivered and the start of the next phase is programmed for April. This will take place in Quadra 36
Ocean Residences – the first phase of these two-bedroom apartments is nearing completion. We expect these units to be released imminently.
Villa constructions – various villas have seen completion and on others, construction has just started.
Fractional villas – plot levelling is complete and building work is due on these high-end rental suites to start now that the sites are prepared.
New holiday facilities at the Loft Apartments
Guests and residents at the Loft Apartments will shortly be able to enjoy a new communal area. This will include a swimming pool, sunbeds and sunshades and a children’s play park. There will also be a BBQ area with covering seating areas.
Lagoon Club at The Coral
The Coral already offers beach club facilities at Ocean Lounge right on the sands and the seashore. We are offering a similar concept in the Lagoon area where work will start shortly on a clubhouse facility.
This will include a restaurant and two bar areas with chill-out and relaxation areas with private gazebos. For leisure activities, there will be a children’s play part and watersports on the lagoon such as kayaking, pedal boats and paddle boarding.
Holiday lets at The Coral
Atlantica Hotels International, the largest hotel management company in Latin America, has taken full charge of managing the holiday lets at The Coral. This year, both The Coral and Atlantica Hotels International have received Booking.com awards for excellence in hospitality.
Vacation rentals available at The Coral now include the loft apartments and holiday villas with two options: rental suites or the entire property.
