Under construction on Guajiru beach, in Trairi (west coast of Ceará), The Coral arrives as one of the largest multi-property and hotel complexes in the Northeast. With an exclusive concept and high standard, the development includes a five-star boutique hotel with the Radisson flag, 700 residential lots and a leisure space called Ocean Lounge Beach Club that will be delivered soon.
With several facilities, the Ocean Lounge Beach Club is open to the public and brings a range of services to the region. With an extensive area facing the sea, the space has a sophisticated restaurant with a national and international menu that will work during the day and night; an aquatic complex with swimming pools for children and adults and a wet bar with an extensive drinks menu. Also thinking about well-being, the Ocean Lounge Beach Club will have a space dedicated to body care offering massages and spa services. Taking advantage of the privileged location and the winds of Ceará, the Ocean Lounge Beach Club will also have its own kitesurf school to serve those who want to know and learn the sport.
With about 900m², the project is the first by the Dutch group BRIC in Ceará. The first phase of the fractional sales operation completes one year in the second half of 2019. Currently, 14 houses have already been built in the complex by international investors and 20 are under construction. The Coral’s overall sales value (PSV) is estimated at $ 150 million.
