BRIC, a Dutch developer based in Spain, launches its first project in Brazil: The Coral, a mixed project, which combines residential subdivision and a high-end resort. With fractions starting at R$ 50,000, the complex located on Flecheiras beach, one of the most sought after for kite surfing and one of the most paradisiacal landscapes in northeastern Brazil, should attract families in search of a second vacation home.

Multi-ownership has existed in Brazil for some time and is practiced by major networks around the world. In addition to increasing financial capacity through the sale of real estate fractions, this movement also increased due to the return on customer loyalty, who may have a superior product at a more affordable cost.

In Brazil alone, the real estate market ended 2016 with a PSV of over R$ 11 billion, 5 times more than in 2015. BRIC’s decision to invest in this model for the launch of its first project in Brazil comes from this data and also from a change in Brazilian’s behavior: the sharing system has really hooked the consumer here.

In the case of The Coral, for a price starting at R$ 50 thousand it is already possible to acquire fractions of one of the 88 high-end residences that will be for sale in this first phase, and be immediately associated with RCI, which manages more than 4500 similar properties around the world. That is, for an affordable price, the consumer has a second home in one of the most beautiful places in the country and can still spend holidays in different places every year.

Another advantage that BRIC is bringing is that the system of selling fractions is not based on the principle of time share: whoever acquires a fraction of The Coral will have a public deed, that is, they acquire the asset for life, which can be sold or passed on to their heirs. With quotas of bronze, silver, gold and diamond, the residences will be shared annually for a predetermined period and will have at disposal all the services of international hospitality and the Beach Club of the complex at disposal.
