BRIC Group’s high-end development and resort project will have an initial sale by real estate fractions, following the global trend of property sharing.

The Coral, a project awarded for two consecutive years for the design of the properties already delivered, will be officially launched in July, with the opening of the sales in Beira Mar, in Fortaleza. The project is the first multi-property project in the state and is the first project with fractional sales by BRIC Group, a global developer based in Spain and which has already sold more than 1000 properties around the world. The Coral project is estimated at 150 million dollars and was fully financed by its own investment. The first sales stage, which starts on July 15, will have 88 residences with fractions starting at R$ 50 thousand.

According to Daline Moura, Business Development Manager in Brazil, in addition to the fractional sale and the possibility of having a high standard property as a second home and vacation property, there are other advantages in the project, such as having hotel services on hand even though your own home in the chosen period, and automatic affiliation to the worldwide RCI network, one of the largest exchange companies in the world and to be able to exchange part of your vacation time and spend it in any of the more than 4,500 RCI-affiliated developments in more than 100 countries. That means being able to spend part of the fraction’s time at Disney or Cancun, for example.

“But the big difference in fractional sales is to provide the buyer with their property in a privileged location, with hotel services and a low investment,” explains Daline. Unlike the sale of timeshare, practiced by other ventures, the sale of fractions provides the buyer with an immovable property with deed, which can be sold and transferred with inheritance to children.

The first phase of sales through fractional will start on July 15, with the launch of the sales call in Beira Mar, in Fortaleza. There will be 88 homes being sold in fractions starting at R$ 50 thousand in this first stage. The complex should start operating as early as 2021.
