Located on Praia do Guajirú, in Trairi, the five-star hotel Radisson Flecheiras arrives in Ceará with a premium structure of 144 suites, all with international standards of accommodation and services. The development is part of The Coral, one of the largest multi-property and hotel complexes in the Northeast, which also includes 700 residential lots and a leisure space called Ocean Lounge Beach Club. The hotel is scheduled to launch in 2024.

Located in the center of the resort and surrounded by tropical gardens, Radisson Flecheiras also has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and an exclusive restaurant and bar with a high standard menu of national and international cuisine.

“Radisson Flecheiras is a development with a privileged location, on a beach known to be almost unaltered by urban development, in addition to the beauty of its natural pools and its many kilometers of coral reefs. In addition, it has the seal and administration of Atlantica Hotels, the largest multi-brand hotel manager in South America and one of the 100 largest in the world”, highlights Rob Van Kuijk, CEO of BRIC Group.

The project has the Radisson flag, one of the largest hotel groups in the world, with seven different brands and more than 1,100 hotels spread across destinations on five continents. The brand portfolio includes Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. In Brazil, the group signs hotels in 11 cities, such as São Paulo, Recife, Belém, Curitiba and Belo Horizonte.

About The Coral

With about 900m², The Coral is the first venture of the Dutch group BRIC in Brazil. With a privileged location and a selected audience that already knows the destination thanks to one of the best winds in the world for kite surfing, the paradisiacal landscape project focuses on wellness and contact with the exuberant nature of Guajirú. Currently, 14 houses have already been built in the complex by international investors and 20 are under construction. The overall sales value (PSV) of The Coral is estimated at $ 150 million.
