The Coral resort has all legal documentation in place and is a development supported by the local municipality. Planning approval for a luxury resort-style development with low density buildings and various onsite facilities was granted to The Coral in September 2013 following the delivery of the SEMACE licence. Site preparation and construction began at the beginning of 2014 and is well underway.
The resort will offer 700 exquisite building plots grouped into small enclaves of around 20 villas, and three apartment complexes. There will be various commercial buildings for retail outlets, restaurants and a boutique hotel. Plot sizes range between 397.5 sqm and 1,060 sqm. (4,284 sqft and 11,410 sqft).

MZG Advogados have a highly professional and expert team that are dedicated to the practice of corporate advisory and litigious law. They will work to ensure that The Coral is developed in complete accordance with the law, ensuring all permissions are in place and also assisting international purchasers through the buying process in Brazil.

MD-Brasil are involved in the master planning, architectural design and final construction of The Coral resort.
