The Coral, a high-end development located on Praia de Guajirú, on the coast of Ceará, has just opened two new sales centres: a Concept Room, the first fixed sales room at the commercial centre, Shopping Iguatemi, and a sales stand at Praia do Futuro, both in the capital of Ceará, Fortaleza.

According to José Rodrigues, Sales Commercial Director of The Coral, the Concept Room represents the company’s evolution in recent years. “It will be a new face for the future, a model to be copied in other sales rooms and that will increasingly use technology and multimedia resources to engage with interested parties in the business. This type of innovation is part of the company’s DNA, which has always sought the latest in the sales area to shape the future of tourism in Brazil”.

One of the investment options at The Coral is fractional purchase, particularly aimed at the Brazilian market. As Rodrigues explains, “the buyer of a fractional investment enjoys numerous advantages”. Investing in fractional ownership allows you to own a fixed asset that can be sold or passed on as an inheritance. In addition to owning a title deed, the client can join RCI, one of the largest exchange companies in the world, with more than 4,500 affiliated venues in over 100 countries in destinations such as Disney and Cancun.
