The appointment of a new manager plus training in quality services even more aligned with the 5-star service that The Coral offers are among the strategies for the 2021/2022 summer at The Coral, one of the best vacation destinations on the Brazilian coast
To further enhance the quality of service to guests and investors at The Coral, the BRIC Group regularly invests in training and hiring more staff. The objective is to continue to make the development one of the best and most renowned vacation destinations in Brazil.
A good example of this approach comes in the recent appointment of Goianésio Lucas Júnior, new team manager at The Coral Beach Resort. With hospitality in his DNA, Goianésio has more than 20 years of experience in the travel and tourism market. Trained by ESPM, in São Paulo, he worked in aviation for VASP and VARIG, lived for 15 years in England and has arrived at The Coral to further expand the quality of training for service teams.
“The focus of my work will be excellence in services, seriousness and transparency in the rendering of accounts to investors”, explains the new manager. “We don’t want to be just another hotel or holiday venture,” he adds, “but we aspire to offer the best investment to anyone who wants a profitable asset and, at the same time, take advantage of what the Brazilian coast has to offer.”
The Coral is an innovative real estate and hotel development, located on Guajiru beach, Ceará coast, with warm waters, a quiet beach with natural pools, and one of the best winds for kite surfing and other water sports and excursions. The beach is even a training destination for many international competitors.
The full-service hotel resort is spread across more than 900m² of natural paradise and is currently under construction. Although the development of the entire resort (over 1 million square metre) is still in progress, The Coral already has a spa service, children’s entertainment, a beach club with swimming pools and wet bar as well as a restaurant open to the public.
Among the development’s next steps are the landscaping of the loft apartments to ensure more green space, a new leisure area with a communal swimming pool for adults and children, a playground and a barbecue. In addition, The Coral will also offer guests and residents beach tennis courts and another lake club.
